  • Order online or buy in a grocery store a bottle/jar of high quality cold- pressed organic virgin coconut oil or sesame oil.
  • Take 1 tbsp. of oil and start oil pulling by swishing it around in your mouth as a mouthwash alternative.
  • Start with 5 minutes to see how you’re feeling. If you can’t go longer don’t push yourself to go up for 20 minutes right away. Build your new healthy habit slowly by adding 1 extra minute each day until you reach 15-20 minutes.
    From my experience it works best when I do it while keeping myself busy with my other morning practices like writing in the gratitude journal, visualization processes, setting intentions and goals for the day etc
  • When swishing is complete – do not spit the oil out into the sink because it may clog it. Just use the trash can instead.
  • Brush your teeth with fluoride-free natural toothpaste.

INGREDIENTS
1,5 cup organic coconut oil
3 tbsp baking soda
1/2 cup Redmond clay
0,5 tsp organic Himalayan pink salt or organic sea-salt (you can do without salt too)
1 Tbsp organic neem oil
Add essential oils (clove essential oil, sweet orange oil, peppermint oil, tea tree oil)

INSTRUCTIONS
If you are allergic to any of these ingredients just leave them out and continue with the process. If you can’t find the organic version of any of these ingredients that’s okay too. To make salt powder simply use a kitchen grinder. Mix every ingredient except the coconut oil. Start adding coconut oil one teaspoon at a time until you find the right consistency for your new healthy toothpaste.
